My love for neon color was basically non-existent. I was exposed to people over doing the neon, and I truly came to hate it. But with time and my building knowledge of fashion I can now safely say that neon is good when used moderately. So when I found this nail varnish by Illamasqua, I decided to invest in it even thought it was $14. Before applying the neon color I applied a white base so the color would pop!
